Katy Walsh has been a specialist in commercial real estate for over 25 years performing shopping center leasing and sales, asset management and shopping center redevelopment. She has been associated with
several commercial real estate companies including Hunter Real Estate, Kimco Realty, Equity One, IRT Property Company, NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, and Concord Assets. Although she began in apartment and shopping center management, she quickly moved into the leasing and redevelopment of distressed shopping center assets. She is currently President and Broker for Hunter Real Estate in Palm Beach Gardens, a boutique commercial real estate company serving south Florida. As Director of Real Estate at Kimco, she was responsible for 5.2 million square feet of shopping centers in Florida. She has a strong background and understanding of the REIT shopping center industry, south Florida shopping centers and repositioning assets.
