Craig has been involved in Commercial Real Estate industry for almost ten years. He has worked on projects that range from unanchored retail centers to regional power centers.
In 2009, Craig joined North American Properties - Southeast, Inc. (NAPSE) and currently holds the position of Director of Leasing for the NAPSE office. Craig is responsible for overseeing the leasing department which is responsible for a portfolio of approximately 1,600,000sf of new and existing neighborhood, lifestyle and power centers throughout Florida and Georgia.
Craig has had the unique experience of entering the commercial real estate industry at a time when the nation was in an economic boom and has seen firsthand the effects and the challenges during the most recent recession. This has provided Craig the experience and knowledge of what it takes to be successful in the real estate industry regardless of economic factors. In addition, it puts him in a position to take full advantage of the momentum as the Real Estate market continues its recovery.
Craig is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers.

Manage the leasing department which consists of two leasing agents and a Paralegal
Oversee the process for all new leases, renewals, lease modifications, and rent relief amendments for Neighborhood and Power Centers owned by North American Properties in Florida and Georgia
Lead leasing person for North American Properties third party lease efforts with Cole Real Estate and others. The third party lease portfolio now consists of over 900,000 SF of GLA
Market centers- through existing contacts, mass email, cold calling/ walking, and professional events
Work with many aspects of asset management including creating detailed reports for the purposes of Pro-Forma projections, lease assumptions, leasing summaries, competitive market surveys, and five year budget projections
