Geneva Henderson is Executive Vice President, Lat Purser & Associates. She celebrated her 25nd anniversary with Lat Purser and Associates, a full service real estate firm, in which she has been a partner for the past dozen years. She has been a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker since 1987 and is consistently ranked amongst the top producers in the LPA organization; receiving both the Bud Grice award for top leasing associate as well as the company’s Most Valuable Player award.
As Program Chair for the ISCS Florida Conference in 2001 and the Florida State Operations Chair from 2006 through 2009, she was instrumental in the planning and implementing of the very first ICSC North Florida Idea Exchange now held annually in Jacksonville. Geneva continues to serve as a mentor to the ICSC Next Generation and Program Chair for Northeast Florida, She received her ICSC designation as Senior Certified Leasing Specialist (SCLS) in 2007; having achieved CLS in 1996.
She has been a board member of the Jacksonville Housing Authority since 2005 and served on the Strategic Advisory Board of the Second Harvest Food Bank..
