Laura Gonzales has worked in Commercial Real Estate lending for over fifteen years. She has a diverse real estate and banking background with extensive experience selling, underwriting, structuring, administering and closing complex investor real estate loans for developers. Laura has been a lender at SunTrust Bank and Bank of America prior to her current position at BBVA Compass (formerly Compass Bank).
Ms. Gonzales has her Bachelors in Finance and Management from Florida State University and has her Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from University of North Florida.
Laura is an active member of CREW, ICSC NAIOP and ULI. She is currently the Vice Chair on the Board of Directors for the PACE Center for Girls. She also serves on a variety of committees in the commercial real estate industry.
Laura lives in Jacksonville with her husband, Brad Gonzales, a computer programmer for Citigroup and her daughters, Aubrey and Brooke.
