Sue Murphy

Sue Murphy is President of P&M Consulting Group, Inc. Sue is a land use planner specializing in entitlement issues, including rezoning, comprehensive plan amendments, large scale, multijurisdictional project entitlements, traditional neighborhood developments, permitting, developments of regional impact, development agreements, ordinance preparation, grant writing, expert witness for land use matters, and similarly related issues. Sue has a B.A. in Fine Arts from the University of Maryland and M.A. in Geography from University of South Florida. She has pursued specialty education in Residential Design from the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University and Design of Stormwater Systems from the City of Tampa Engineering. Sue has a professional license from the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). Her representative clients include: Kimco Realty Corporation, Publix Super Markets, Inc., Teachers Retirement, DeBartolo Corporation, Sembler Company, General Motors Corporation, RMC Property Group, McDonalds Corporation, Mobil Oil Corporation, Wawa, and Rooms to Go.
