Victoria (Vicki) Anthony has over 28 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry. She is experienced in all facets of retail leasing and management. Throughout her career, Vicki has primarily represented Landlords, where she gained most of her experience working for publically traded REIT’s. Prior to accepting a position as Director of Real Estate with Kimco Realty Corporation in 2009, Vicki was responsible for a portfolio of properties in Florida owned by Colonial Properties Trust. Currently, Vicki oversees a portfolio of 2.7 million square feet of REIT owned assets located throughout Florida’s west coast.
Earning her CLS designation in 2004 from the International Council of Shopping Centers, Vicki is continually educating herself on the latest economic and market trends with continuing education, seminars and networking. Vicki has extensive knowledge of the Florida market and has a proven track record of success with over 3 million square feet of retail space leased.
