David Moret

David Moret is Executive Vice President with Continental Real Estate Companies ("CREC"), one of Florida’s largest real estate service providers. David is directly involved with asset management, workouts, acquisitions and the ultimate disposition of retail, office and residential properties, including distressed and foreclosed properties. David performs these tasks on behalf of CREC’s investment partners, financial institutions and other institutional and private investors. David’s asset management tasks involve acting as court appointed receiver, development and implementation of a strategic plan, oversight and direction of management, leasing, marketing and construction teams and the development and implementation of an optimal exit strategy. In addition, David coordinates value-added investment activities including thesourcing of acquisitions, structuring of debt and equity financing, oversight of due diligence and closing

of transactions on behalf of company partners and clients. David is currently serving as court appointed receiver at the request of some of the Nation’s largest Commercial Banks, Special Servicers and other Financial Institutions. David is a licensed real estate broker and a member of the Florida Bar. He earned his law degree at University of Miami and his bachelor’s degree at the University of Florida.
