Kathy Ward-Darin is the Director of Leasing for Butler Enterprises, in Gainesville, Florida and is involved with the redevelopment and expansion of Butler Plaza focusing on the future addition of approximately 1,000,000 square feet of retail space. As a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience she has been involved in the leasing, management, marketing, and development of numerous shopping centers as far north as Michigan down through Florida. She has worked for developers such as Ramco Gershenson Properties Trust (REIT) as well as provided third party advisory services for over 10 million square feet of retail properties owned by institutional and private landlords throughout the state of Florida for companies such as The Shopping Center Group and CREC.
